Vehicle Rental Agreement

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Minimum 2 years valid driving license required
• Premium vehicles may require 21+ age
• Valid Indian Driving License mandatory

• Original Driving License
• Government ID (Aadhar / PAN / Voter ID / Passport)
• RC of personal vehicle
• Valid Email ID

• Vehicle shall be used only for personal use.
• Commercial use is strictly prohibited.
• Racing, Drifting, Stunts or Off-road driving are prohibited.
• Vehicle shall not be used for any illegal activity.

Only the registered customer is permitted to drive the vehicle. Allowing any unauthorized person to drive may result in immediate cancellation of booking, forfeiture of security deposit and additional penalties.

• The customer confirms inspection before delivery.
• Existing damages shall be recorded through photos/videos.
• Any accident, theft or damage must be reported immediately.
• Customer shall cooperate in police and insurance formalities.

• Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited and charge of ₹1,000 shall apply.

Pets are not allowed inside the vehicle.

Minimum cleaning charge of ₹1,000 shall apply.

Customer shall be liable for:

• Extra Kilometer Charges
• Fuel Difference
• Late Return Charges
• FASTag Charges
• Traffic Challans
• Parking Charges
• Towing Charges
• Cleaning Charges
• Damage Charges

• Vehicles are insured as per applicable insurance policy.
• Insurance claim approval shall be at the sole discretion of KVK CARS.
• Any amount not covered by insurance shall be payable by the customer.
• FASTag charges incurred during the rental period shall be recovered from the customer.
• Pending FASTag deductions after trip completion shall also remain payable.

If Driving Licence, RC, Vehicle or any other document is submitted as security:

• Security will be returned only after clearance of all outstanding dues.
• Company may retain the security until all payments are settled.
• Security Deposit may be adjusted against damage, challan, FASTag, fuel shortage or any pending amount.
• Deposit may be forfeited in case of fraud, illegal activity or serious policy violation.

• Vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as provided at the time of delivery.
• If fuel level is lower than the delivery level, the customer shall pay the actual fuel cost plus ₹200 handling charges.
• Extra fuel filled by the customer shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
• The fuel level recorded by KVK CARS at pickup and return shall be considered final.

Customer shall be fully responsible for any damage caused during the rental period, including but not limited to:

• Accidental Damage
• Tyres & Wheels
• Glass & Windshield Damage
• Interior Damage
• Accessories & Electrical Parts
• Battery Damage due to Negligence
• Towing & Recovery Charges
• Traffic Challans
• Parking Charges
• Loss of Keys
• Loss of Vehicle Documents

Any amount not covered by insurance shall be payable by the customer.

• 30 Minutes Grace Period.
• Up to 1 Hour : ₹300
• After 2 Hours : ₹450 per hour
• Extension request must be made at least 6 hours before return time.
• Extension is subject to vehicle availability and advance payment.
• No refund shall be provided for early vehicle return.

KVK CARS reserves the right to:

• Reject any booking without assigning any reason.
• Cancel an active booking in case of policy violation.
• Recall the vehicle during emergency situations.
• Refuse future rentals to customers violating company policies.
• Recover any unpaid amount through lawful means.

If any amount remains unpaid after trip completion, KVK CARS reserves the right to recover the outstanding amount through legal proceedings, collection agencies or any other lawful recovery process. Interest and legal expenses, if applicable, may also be recovered from the customer.

Customer documents including Driving Licence, Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Photographs and other verification documents shall be securely stored and used only for:

• Identity Verification
• Booking Verification
• Legal Compliance
• Operational Requirements
• Law Enforcement Requests (where legally required)

KVK CARS shall not sell or misuse customer data except where required by law.

The customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless KVK CARS, its Directors, Employees and Representatives against any legal, financial, civil or third-party claims, losses, damages or liabilities arising out of:

• Misuse of the vehicle.
• Violation of traffic laws.
• Negligent driving.
• Illegal activities.
• Breach of this Rental Agreement.

If the vehicle is seized, impounded or detained due to the customer's negligence, illegal activities or violation of any law, the customer shall be solely responsible for all fines, penalties, legal expenses, towing charges, storage charges and business loss suffered by KVK CARS.

All disputes arising out of this Vehicle Rental Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra only. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
